When:

your company is achieving results but could be performing better
you have appointed a new Managing Director, and you need to regroup and redefine your workload

We then engage with your Board of Directors in order to encourage reflection on its role as the change process sponsor and a mediator of corporate processes. Intervention output: your team will be engaged and the spotlight directed on to key aspects and action required in order to generate change or to concrete new corporate strategies.
